At the scene of rescuing in Sichuan earthquake, rescuers found her died in the collapsed house, through the ruins gap people could see her: knees bending, the whole upper part of her body groveling, the two hands pressing on the floor to support herself, looking like ancient people doing the falling down etiquette, but her body has distorted in shape: it might seem weird. The rescuers held into their hands from the little gap of the ruins only to confirm her death. Then they shouted out to the ruins, knocked at the bricks, but there was no response. When the crowd came to another building, the leader of the rescue team suddenly began to run back, snapping “Come here at once!” He came to her again and reached his hands into the woman’s remains to find something. After a while he exclaimed, “There is a baby, still alive!” With great efforts, people managed to remove the ruins which blocked her, and eventually saw a three-or-four-month baby lying in a red quilt with yellow flowers. Because of his mother’s protection, he was very safe without any injury. When people carried him out in their arms, he was still sleeping soundly; the sleeping face warmed everyone in presence. The doctor came along with the rescuing team unfolded the quilt to make some examinations for the baby. He found a cell phone in the quilt. He looked at it and to his surprise, it read as follows: “Dear baby, if you are still alive, always remember that I love you.” Tears should ran down the doctor’s cheeks, who has been used to seeing death and parting; with the cell phone passing on, everyone’s eyes have been filled with tears.
